The MDA mission is to provide the opportunity for all those that wish to dance the chance to do so regardless of ability, level or age.  Dance is about having fun but the benefits outweigh even that:

self confidence​​ and socialization skills

working toward individual and team goals

health and well being by being active both mentally and physically

increases focus and reduce stress

improve flexibility, posture and balance
